One Amazon customer mistakenly believed she was buying cream-colored, crocheted cushions for her house. What arrived in the mail was just an ordinary pillow with the knit design printed on it—no knitting was required. Although purchasing pillow coverings without realizing the cushion doesn't come with them is not unheard of, this is a new degree of "buyer beware."

Upon cursorily perusing Amazon's page, it appears that this vendor has most likely vanished, having exhausted all possible avenues for their pattern-printing swindle. Products with no reviews or reviews that seem phony or manufactured should be avoided.
