9. Defence against dirt
To prevent dust from getting into your eyes and face when drilling holes in the ceiling, place a plastic beaker or a bottle with a cut-off neck above the drill. It will cause all of the drilling dust to remain inside the container.

A little water mist on the surface will make drilling holes in concrete less difficult and dirty.
11. Simple machining
Before commencing the drilling procedure, attach an adhesive tape cross to your surface to stop the drill from slipping off the tiles.
